1. Scope of Dispute Resolution

This policy applies to disputes between:
Agents and Customers regarding property transactions.
Users and RoomWaleBhaiya.in regarding platform services.

2. How to Raise a Dispute

If you have a dispute, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact the other party directly and attempt to resolve the issue.
Step 2: If unresolved, email support@roomwalebhaiya.in with:

  • Issue details

  • Proof (screenshots, payment receipts, etc.)

3. Dispute Resolution Process

✅ We review disputes within 7-10 business days.
✅ Our role is only to provide transaction details; we do not interfere in private agreements.
✅ If fraud is detected, the concerned account may be suspended or banned.

4. Governing Law

✅ All disputes will be governed by Indian laws, and legal actions will be handled in India.
