At RoomWaleBhaiya.in, we strive to provide a seamless experience for both property agents and customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.


1. Cancellation Policy

For Agents (Property Listers):

✅ Listings once published cannot be canceled or removed unless they violate our Terms of Service.
✅ Paid listing fees are non-refundable.

For Customers (Property Renters/Buyers):

✅ Once a booking or payment is made, cancellations are subject to the agent’s terms & conditions.
✅ RoomWaleBhaiya.in is only a platform; we do not control agent-specific refund policies.


2. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Transactions:

🚫 Listing Fees paid by agents are non-refundable.
🚫 Processing Fees charged during payment transactions are non-refundable.
🚫 Service Fees for using the platform are non-refundable.

Eligible Refunds (Conditional):

✅ Refunds are only applicable if a transaction error occurs due to:

  • Double payment processing.

  • Technical issues causing an incorrect charge.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Send an email to support@roomwalebhaiya.in with:

    • Payment receipt

    • Transaction ID

    • Reason for refund request

  • Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days, subject to verification.


3. Dispute Resolution

✅ Any disputes regarding property transactions must be resolved directly between the agent and the customer.
✅ RoomWaleBhaiya.in does not mediate disputes but may assist in providing payment details if needed.


4. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
