By using our Platform, you confirm that:

✅ You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
✅ You will provide accurate and truthful information.
✅ Agents must complete KYC verification before listing properties.
✅ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
✅ You agree not to share your login credentials with others.
✅ We are not responsible for unauthorized account access.
✅ Agents must ensure all property details are accurate and legally valid.
✅ Customers must verify property details before making any payments.
✅ We do not own, sell, or rent any properties listed; we only provide a platform.
✅ We are not liable for disputes between agents and customers.
✅ Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
✅ No refunds are issued once a payment is completed, except as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
✅ Any fraudulent transactions will lead to immediate account suspension.
By using our Platform, you agree NOT to:
🚫 List fake or misleading property details.
🚫 Use automated bots or scripts.
🚫 Post illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content.
🚫 Attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the website.
Any violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
✅ We provide the Platform on an “as is” basis.
✅ We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from property transactions.
✅ We do not guarantee property availability, pricing, or agent credibility.
✅ All content, trademarks, and branding on the Platform belong to RoomWaleBhaiya.in.
✅ You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
✅ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
✅ Users can request account deletion by emailing support@roomwalebhaiya.in.
✅ These Terms are governed by Indian laws.
✅ Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in India.
